Our bodies are constantly communicating with us. Beneath the symptoms of stress, anxiety, pain, and overwhelm lies an innate intelligence that is always moving toward health and wholeness. Our work creates a safe, attuned space where your nervous system can settle and your body can be deeply heard. Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing® we listen together for what is asking to unfold. As your system finds greater regulation and coherence, you can reconnect with yourself in a way that feels more grounded, balanced, and alive.
Christy Stricklin, BCST, SEP, Certified Rolfer
Christy is an intuitive somatic therapist whose work is rooted in a deep respect for the body's inherent intelligence and its capacity to move toward greater health, resilience, and wholeness. She offers a gentle, attuned approach that supports nervous system regulation and invites a deeper connection with the wisdom of your body, mind, and heart.
Through mindful touch and presence, Christy helps clients explore patterns of holding that may have developed through stress, injury, trauma, or life's experiences. Rather than working to fix symptoms, she creates the conditions for your system to reorganize naturally, allowing greater ease, balance, trust, and alignment to emerge. Her intention is to provide a safe, spacious environment where you can reconnect with yourself and discover a deeper sense of embodiment.
Christy's own path has inspired decades of study in the fields of bodywork, nervous system regulation, and human development. She is a Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and a Certified Rolfer®. She has also completed advanced training at the Colorado School of Energy Studies and has a Polarity Coaching Certification. Additional studies include Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, MatrixWorks group dynamics with Mukara Meredith, and Open Focus™ Brain training with Susan Shor Fehmi.
Celeste Farley, BCST, Certified Touch-Free CST Specialist, Accelerated Evolution Coach
Certified Rolfer®
Celeste Farley: As an artist, practical mystic and lifelong learner, I’ve been drawn to the human journey, embodiment, finding meaning & beauty in life for as long as I can remember. My personal healing journey is an essential part of what informs and deepens my work.
I received my somatic education at the Dr Ida Rolf Institute and Colorado School of Energy Studies in Boulder, Colorado. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and French.
When not working with clients, I love traveling and exploring museums as much as being an introvert at home: painting, listening to my garden, and telling my cat how pretty she is.
